Registration
You will need to register with our site before placing any orders. Simply click Register
and complete all the necessary fields. Every time you return to the site, fill in your email
and password details and you will be instantly recognised.
Once you are registered, you can start placing orders with us.
Ordering
First search our database by Artist or Title and when an item of your interest has been found,
click on Add to cart button  . The item has been placed in the shopping cart and displayed in the top right corner of the page.
The total before addition of Postage and Packing costs is being shown.
If you wish to order more than 1 item, keep searching and adding extra items to your shopping cart.
If you are ready to pay for your items, click on Go to checkout.
Now you will be able to choose postage options.

Postage
You can decide between first class, recorded or registered (for United Kingdom orders) and airmail or registered (international
deliveries). Please note that all orders with value of at least £30 will be automatically sent by registered service and only this postage
option will be presented to you.
Please choose your postage very carefully since postal services keep only track of recorded or registered mail
and only these packages can be refunded in case of missing. Click GO button  and you will be able to see the total for your order
including Postage and Packing costs
Once you have chosen your postage method, click on GO button and you will be taken to payment page.
Payment
Ear of the Beholder accepts the following credit or debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta, Electron, Solo).
Your credit / debit cards details will be forwarded to us via encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection. We will not hold your card's
information on file which means you will need to provide the card's details every time you place an order with us.
Your card will be charged in UK Pounds and an amount converted into your local currency by your bank.
Any alternative methods of payment are not available. Sorry.
